Chose it because it's a tremendously profound and challenging song.

Best love song could be Girl on the Red River Shore....maybe Make You Feel My Love..they're all good.

Oh I think it's a bit more than "small parts" it's very reminiscent and to my ears sounds like that Chapter re-phrased and put to song,first thing I thought of when I heard the record and reinforces something Ive pointed out before about his "sponging" the wibble for inspiration.
